I stayed at Grand Hotel de Paris beside Gare de l’Est station, which was very convenient for transport and exploring the city. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and overall a good stay for the price. However, my room’s windows opened to the inside of the building rather than outside, and at times there were unpleasant smells coming through. A decent choice for short stays if you value location, but I’d recommend asking for a room with an external view.

pas de souci de propreté, literie confortable, salle de bains de bonne taille. Les 2 sachets de gel douche un peu juste, mais on m'en a fourni d'autres sans difficultés. Le buffet petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet : un seul morceau de pain et une seule viennoiserie, pas de charcuterie et seulement de la vache qui rit en fromage, et la théière trop petite. il faut faire un vrai buffet.
